Until April 24, 2022, the Musée des Arts Décoratifs in Paris is honoring for the first time the extraordinary career of Thierry Mugler, who has transcended the decades thanks to his unique creative vision, imposing as one of the boldest and most inventive couturiers of his time.

More than 150 silhouettes including a number of historical pieces dating from 1977 to 2014, ready-to-wear and haute couture accessories, stage costumes, photographs, videos and unpublished archives, retrace the universe fascinating of the creator, as well as his multiple artistic collaborations in the fields of entertainment, music and cinema.

From early designs that tested the limits of eccentricity to Kim Kardashian's 2019 Met Gala dress, Mugler has always had a penchant for the spectacular. In the newly furnished Galeries de la Mode Christine and Stephen A.
